😊: Good location for Perigueux old town and walking access from the railway station.. 😢: No air conditioning (after we had installed two family members in the Diamant, we had expected to also have air conditioning in the Emeraude. Given that it was on the first floor and the weather was extremely hot, it felt like an oven). Only two pillows for available for 3 people, so our friend on the sofa had to use little cushions. Not clear how to use the sofa bed, so our friend simply slept on the sofa which was not long enough for him. Neither apartment had a hook to put the shower head on, so you had to hold it with one hand to take a shower. No batteries in the controller for the fan in the double bedroom..
