Really liked the apartment. Very spacious and nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings. But the process of getting the keys which were on another street in another building that had a really creepy dark storage room with lockboxes that were hard to access and poorly lit… that was not a great way to start my visit. And then the instructions to access the unit were almost as bad. It wasn’t clear that there were two buildings that were connected and that required one elevator to one floor then a long hallway to another elevator, which finally got up to the rental unit. The people on the phone had only modest English speaking skills. If I hadn’t been with a family member who lived in Grenoble and was a fluent French speaker, I’m not sure what would’ve happened.As much as I liked the location and the lovely apartment itself, if someone had met me there with the keys, it would’ve made all the difference. But as it is, I can’t recommend it to your next guest.

😢: Difficulté à accéder au logement. Un seul vigik pour une famille c'est être ligoté. De plus le bouton de la porte intermédiaire en fer forgé est caché à trois mètres derrière une porte et personne n'a prévenu. C'est un résident qui me l'a montré alors que je quittai l'immeuble. Pour sortir il fallait passer la main à travers la grille pour poser le vigik sur le récepteur. Impossible de faire fonctionner la télévision. Pas de mode d'emploi. Inondation car le siphon du receveur de douche extra-plat était plein de cheveux..

The cleanest airbnb I ever stayed in. Great location, great value for money. Everything as advertised or better. Highly recommend.

Appartement très propre et très bien situé au cœur des vieux quartiers. Quartier animé sans être bruyant. Nombreuses possibilités pour se restaurer.

UNICON20 desde un apartamento en...<br>#128578; La ubicación es fantástica justo en el centro del casco antiguo, en zona peatonal, para moverte caminando y si quieres ir más lejos tienes al lado los tranvías y los buses, tb está al lado el teleférico para subir a la Bastilla. Está lleno de parques y plazas maravillosos con sombras, donde todas las familias hacen picnic. También hay un montón de museos cerca y muchos son gratuitos, nos gustó mucho el museo antropológico al otro lado del río gratuito y con audioguía en español. El apartamento ...<br>#128577; El apartamento es precioso y lo tienen muy bien decorado, quizá estaría bien un espejo a mayores del que hay en el baño, por ejemplo en la entrada que es muy grande.

We stayed in this apartment March-April 2022. One of the best we have been booked ever. Special thanks for the great music selection. On a 50 meter, you can find a market and butcher shop (perhaps the best in Grenoble with good prices)
