Appartement de vacances adapté aux familles avec terrasse

😊: Location was good although a little difficult to find when we first arrived. Security gates make you feel safe, quiet considering it's off a busy road. Nicely thought out property, quirky in places but very comfortable. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Nice little garden space, lovely kitchen area, superb bathroom, would definitely stay there again.. 😢: There is a hidden drawer for the cutlery which wasn't explained and we had to make a phone call to find out where it was and then wait for them to find out and let us know. There is a piece of wood that sticks out when you reach the bottom of the stairs, we both caught our arms on it and my 4 yr old granddaughter hit her head. It has no apparent use and it would be safer if it was removed. On departure the keys had to be left in a box, it would be preferably to be able to hand them back to a representative. We put them in the wrong box apparently but big thanks to Kristine who went out to the property personally and sorted it out..

😊: The beds were very comfortable, easy facilities to use such as bathroom and kitchen, nice big tv for family to use.

😊: Calm, quiet, large, for 2 persons super large appartment, well equiped, not faraway from the Nantes center and the airport. The supermarket very close, this is also perfect. If Nantes aagain, we will chose the same accomodation..

😊: It was in a good safe area which was only 10 minute walk to tram which went straight into Nantes. Also very well equipped.. 😢: The beds could have been a bit bigger, there was a few ants in the downstairs bathroom, so any powder is needed. Also was too warm and we couldn’t work out how to make the heating work..

Le Renoir "Excellent séjour. La description correspond parfaitement au logement. Le box pour la voiture est très pratique (pour éviter de tourner à trouver une place libre dans le quartier). Le logement est parfaitement entretenu; tout était fin prêt pour notre séjour. A 5min des arrêts de transport en commun, pratique pour aller au centre ville ou sur l'île. Quartier calme, pas de bruit!"

Le logement était impeccable, propre, conforme aux photos et avec tout ce qu’il faut niveau literie, serviettes, mobilier, cuisine etc… Maison sur cour privée, au calme et avec un box pour le parking. Je recommande vivement ce lieu et l’agence Cocoonr, qui a été à notre écoute et très accueillante (un grand merci à William)."
