😊: The view and despite our horrendous tale and on a positive note, Smartstay - the agency - were very helpful and did everything in their power to help us -(thanks Smartstay) the 1000 deposit was paid back to us quickly and they even tried to organise a refund - but this was obviously not agreed to by the owner.. 😢: We spent 2 nights without clean sheets and towels. The ones we were left with stunk of old cigarette smoke... As if the had been washed and dried next to someone smoking 40 cigarettes. Disgusting. We had to sleep on the duvet and use our own clean t- shirts to dry ourselves. We asked the owner to resolve this problem and, despite numerous promises, he did absolutely nothing. On top of this the position and password for the car park and to get the keys to the apartment were completely wrong which meant 3 hours of my holiday was wasted due to the owner having changed the place and the number..
