😊: Perfectly situated & especially having car parking onsite. We were made extremely welcome on our arrival which makes such a difference.It was perfect for our short stay but next time hopefully will stay longer than the 3 days.Spotlessly clean. 😊: The woman who met us was so lovely and helpful. The location is fantastic. The apartment was spotless.. 😢: The whole street outside is being redeveloped until end of summer 2024, so be warned there may be some building noise all day. This also means that the car park is out of use, and you cannot access the beach directly through the gate, you have to go round a diversion. It's not that much longer, but not the direct access advertised. They gave us a pass to use the street parking for free, but parking was really hard to find. It was highly annoying we couldn't park outside the apartment- that was a key reason we booked this place as we have a young child. While the apartment can't help the building work, it is annoying to have to contend with it with no notice that this was happening. It is also a bit misleading the way the pics show an outside seating area, when in fact that space outside is the corridor for other building residents to access upstairs, so it's awkward to sit outside and you have people walking right in front of the patio and upstairs windows all the time. The second bedroom is off the first bedroom, no separate entrance. And the door to the first bedroom and bathroom is very low and my husband jolted his neck a couple of times in the middle of the night..

Une situation idéale pour éviter de se déplacer en voiture, l'appartement est bien tenu et l'agence de location à l'écoute.
