😊: Easy check in and check out Instructions provided via a web platform (great for all info) Very nice and comfy accommodation Everything included in the kitchen (just bring some oil or butter if you intend to cook) - including a bread knife, pots and pans, corkscrew, dish soap and brushes and all classic kitchenware Amazing jacuzzi experience, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travelling and walking the hills of Lyon Very central location. 😢: Instructions via a web platforms might not be accessible to non tech savvy people Could benefit from an extra bath mat and maybe a couple of tea bags/coffee pods as one of each isn’t a lot (it is part of the instructions, so by looking a little we knew to get more beforehand), the soap dispenser was empty No flexibility in the arrival and departure windows (no one to ask if there’s another booking right after or if a late departure is possible) Parking is possible on the streets around, a little guide about which ones are the best as well as parking rates would be amazing 🤩 The absolute best would be to be able to rent a spot at the parking garage next door. As most of Lyon, it is not an accessible location (cobblestone streets are very slippery, it’s on a slope, and you have to go up and down a few stairs to access the apartment.) Not a problem in our case, but best to mention anyway for those who may need to know..
