😊: Great communication with the agency and a warm welcome. The apartment is in a perfect location on a quiet side street, with charming decor and everything you need. Would recommend two guests maximum, not afraid of using the Japanese stairs leading to the bedroom.. 😢: Some parts of the interior are a bit dated and could benefit from an update or replacement..

😊: Nothing. 😢: The hotel is extremely old,warm down The atmosphere is so humid and smells strongly of dampness .The stairs are narrow and extremely unsafe dangereous We left the property immediately and went to Novotel Bordeaux Lac We paid 2 times 🥲Itwas extremely bad experience!!!!!.

😊: Location is really nice in the historical cosy city centre. The kitchen was decently equipped. The apartment was perfectly clean.. 😢: There was a tough pressure from the personnel to pay deposit beforehand, otherwise they “did not guarantee checking in” which was absolutely inconvenient to do during our long drive. It is very common to pay a deposit on the spot and not beforehand. The latest time of check in is 8 pm, which is much earlier than usual:( We were charged additional 25 EUR for the late check in, although we arrived just at 21:30… The apartment has too steep stairs to the bedroom. The bedroom is stuffy. I informed personnel that the drawer handle and knife were broken and sent them photos, but they did not bother to replace them:(.

I found the flat interesting and quirky. A lot more charm than staying in a hotel. I can speak a little French so communications (rules, conditions and charges might have been missed had I no knowledge of your language), The downstairs bed was fairly comfortable but felt uneasy climbing the stairs to the living quarters. I would be in trouble if I was at all frail. If I was to come again, I would bring a little Bialette coffee machine- do not like using Nespresso capsules, The cutlery draw should have ordinary knives (for spreading butter on bread) there were only steak knives. The airconditioner unit drips quite badly when left on for any length of time: perhaps this could be fixed or a sign put up explaining that it should be used in moderation. It was advertised as suitable for 4 people: Although it is possible for two to sleep on the couch upstairs and two downstairs, you would find it almost impossible- the table only seats 2 at a squeeze. It is only good for two. Location is perfect.
