😊: Owner was nice. Location is perfect.. 😢: Hot water was not very hot..

😊: We had a wonderful time! It was a great location and nice that you could eat downstairs. In the evening, we sat on the downstairs terrace while watching a live performance. The apartment looked great! Because we had car trouble, all our things were in the car, and it was great that towels and shampoo were provided! We were two adults and four children. Definitely recommended..

😊: Safe place for car and luggage. The apartment is situated in the historical centre so great base for sightseeing. Friendly host.. 😢: The apartment was very hot. The square is the most crowded in Dijon. Therefore you cannot open te windows during the night. The other windows are next to three air conditioners blowing heat in the small courtyard. Only one noisy fan in the bedroom. Not recommended in summer. Also very poorly equipped. Forget preparing anything more than a fried egg. Not even a water cooker. A good coffee machine though..

😊: The host was very friendly and met us to show us where to park, then showed us around the accommodation. The apartment is clean and everything is new and fresh.. 😢: Noise and heat are an issue. The apartment has no air conditioning or even fans., so you need to have the windows open or it is far too hot. The noise from the square did not stop until 1am and then at 4am, 3 gentlemen played music in the doorway of the restaurant underneath very loud. We had a long day travelling the next day on 3 hours sleep..
