SCAMMERS!! on top of the 265 euro upfront cleaning fee i was charged 120 euro after leaving the property for not emptying a bin. This requirement was communicated after i left so i could not complete it. Booking.com have been powerless to help. Welkeys, the property owner are effectively scamming people using this system of sending information after you have left. AVOID!

Absolutely Amazing<br>#128578; Location was fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable we will definitely be staying here again. already looking for next year. Access was easy lockers provided amazing views. Great location<br>#128577; Nothing really. slightly dusty in areas needs some attention but was not dirty and this would not put me off staying here again.

Exceptional<br>#128577; Infos in apartment was in france language only. I had to call Welkeys to know about departure precedure (which I did not find anywhere). Our contact person never answered our sms request about this. But the office was helpful and could tell that we should just leave the keys in apartment and go - but why not just inform us about that beforehand? It's not everythere that i accepted. Okay - maybe it was in the french language infos?

we are literally depressed after...<br>#128578; the location was okay as it was a 6-7 minute walk from the festival main stage which I was attending (Tomorrowland)<br>#128577; nothing except the location was good. the host was a horrible French guy who was too rude and I think extremely racist towards the English speaking population. it all started before I reached when he got mad at me for reaching a little late. next, I asked him for the wifi password and he denied the apartment had a wifi connection. he refused to connect the speakers which were in the apartment and told us to figure it out on our own. The extremely disrespectful guy made us clean our dishes before...
