Appartement DUPLEX 72m² rénové en 2020 à 400m de la plage et des commerces

A modern, spotless, and very well-equipped apartment located in a charming town with authentic Norman character. A supermarket and bakery are within walking distance, adding extra convenience to the stay. It’s a perfect base for exploring the landing beaches and various museums in the area. We enjoyed four wonderful days here. Communication with both the owner and the concierge was smooth and efficient. We highly recommend this apartment!

Really nice location for visiting the Normandy beaches. Amazing accommodation to a very high standard. The owners really looked after us and answered queries quickly. Told us where all the shops and facilities were in the initial brief. Very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property.

Everything in the apartment looks brand new- the walls look like they were freshly painted, the furniture looks new, the apartment is nicely decorated, all of the appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer) look new. The apartment might have a slightly unusual layout for an American in that there is a toilet and sink downstairs, and the shower and vanity are upstairs with the two bedrooms. If you have to get up and use the bathroom at night, you’ll have to navigate the stairs (which are a little steep) to find your way to the toilet The living area has a Sony “smart TV” with Netflix, Prime, etc., if you want to watch with your online accounts. The Wi-Fi is about 5 Mbps and a little spotty at times. You have one small (by U.S. standards, normal by European standards) parking spot in a parking lot adjacent to the apartment. If you’re renting a car and need to park it here, don’t get a large car or you’ll have to park out on the street. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood, less than a 10 minute walk from the ocean and a small boardwalk with a small amount of restaurants, bars, a butcher and a bakery. There is an ATM right across the street from the apartment. It’s easy to get around by just walking. Herve and Isabelle are very responsive to questions and concerns. Herve will respond in French (of course, you’re in France!). Isabella is the person who will check you in and out of the apartment, and her English is great. If you get the bath towel package (7 euro per person) and/or the cleaning package (60 euro) and/or the bedding packages (I forget the price, I think 10 euro per person) they offer, you’ll have to pay her in cash when you arrive. If you don’t get those packages, you’ll have to bring your own towels, bedding, and you’ll be responsible for cleaning the apartment when you leave. Not having those things included in your stay automatically might be a little unusual for an American, so plan accordingly. Be advised that if you use the address for the apartment as shown on the VRBO page, you won’t find the apartment. Navigate to the intersection of Av. du Koenig and Pl. de la Gare instead. There is a small sand lot next to an upholstery shop on the south side of that intersection. That is where you will meet your host and there is where the gate to the apartment and its parking lot is located. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much and would come back again.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé, dans une petite résidence très calme. A proximité de nombreux endroits qui méritent une visite. Accueil chaleureux de la dame qui s’en occupe. Merci.

Appartement très propre, moderne et proche de toutes commodités ! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans votre région même s'il était d'ordre professionnel. En effet, nous retrouver en fin de journée dans un si bel appart était vraiment très agréable. Un énorme merci à Hervé, le propriétaire, pour sa disponibilité et les réponses à nos questions ainsi qu'à Isabelle de la Conciergerie de Saint-Aubin-Sur-Mer pour sa sympathie, ses conseils et son professionnalisme. Très bel appartement, spacieux, décorée avec goût. Très agréable. Et avec produits d entretien etc. Pas de vue mer. Mais vraiment pas loin a pied des commerces et de la plage. Je conseille

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement lors d'un week-end. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux avec une superbe décoration et situé dans une petite résidence très calme, à proximité des commerces, plage, restaurants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle de la conciergerie de St Aubin qui a été très à l'écoute et disponible. Super week-end. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Idéal pour couplé avec enfants
