😊: The location was excellent and the apartment was finished well and clean.. 😢: There is only air con downstairs. The bedrooms upstairs were boiling! Fans were provided but it was too hot to sleep up there comfortably in high summer..

😊: Amazing views and views in the centre of Grasse with everything you could wish for.. 😢: Make sure you understand the parking arrangements - the car park they use is very close and accessible but you do need to go up to the apartment first to get the car parking pass so takes a little organising otherwise you will end up paying for parking unnecessarily..

😊: Location with beautiful view. Spacious with all facilities. Free parking right by the apartment.. 😢: No kitchen or downstairs toilette towels..

😊: The apartment is very well-located and has beautiful views. It is clean and comfortable. And despite the central location it is actually very quiet.Perfect for us visiting Grass During Expo Rose.. 😢: Booking. Com page says someone will meet us at the door, but that is not the case, they send you a code. Ours was sent well over an hour after we arrived standing in the pouring rain.Trying to call multiple times. So the accommodation page needs an update for sure. And maybe send the code on the morning of arrival. There were no bin bags or instructions as to where we could dispose of our rubbish. There were also not enough toilet paper/ no dish sponge or enough cafe for 6 people. So the apartment could definitely be better stocked with the basics..

😊: The location is perfect. The place is spectacular. The view is breath taking.... 😢: Despite the fact that we arrived on time, we had to wait for the keys about an hour. It was a bit disappointing to stand in the middle of old Town with all the luggage and to wait for somebody to come.
