Appartement élégant au cœur de Paris

I can recommend this property. It's ideally located, clean and fairly large. The wifi is fast (around 400 mbps) and there's a large TV with multi-media options and access to some channels in English. The only considerations are the number of stairs (to be expected in an older Parisian property), the lack of curtains on the lounge and kitchen windows (if you are concerned about privacy), and vertigo (the same windows open to a five story drop with only a bar across the space to prevent accidents). I should also mention that the keys need to be collected and returned to a shop that is at least a 10 minute walk away from the property, which is not ideal if you have to lug your bags all the way there and back. The host (a property company, I think) were available day and night, and were very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying in this apartment again! The place was large with a full kitchen, lots of windows, and a nice sized bedroom. It was in a very convenient and walkable area with lots of shops and restaurants around. The host was also very responsive. Great stay!

Great apartment in a perfect location! It is on the 5th floor but all that meant is I could eat even more pastries:) I highly recommend staying here

Fabuleux, très bien situé, propre. Magnifique. Attention aux 5 étages sans ascenseur, l'info est disponible dans la description mais pas assez en évidence pour ne pas décourager de potentiel locataires. Certaine personnes à mobilité réduite pourrait carrément de pas pouvoir accéder au logement.

Ideal for mountain lovers, who will find here a peaceful refuge in the heart of Paris. Not knowing before booking that the flat was on the 5th floor without a lift, and not being able to cancel the booking when I found out as I had taken the no cancellation package.
