⁂ Appartement élégant et central à Nice

😊: I went to the apartment and I was not cleaned from the previous guests, I had to check out since I got no response from the property and I still haven’t received my refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

😊: Location is really convenient: shops are nearby, train stop is few minutes away. Water pressure is good and hot water comes almost instantly. There are most conveniences to be able to make a food at home. Generally good bang for a buck.. 😢: Lack of ventilation creates issues like mold on bathroom ceiling and the need to sleep with an open window. This by itself creates an issue because there street directly below the window, so there are quite some noise coming to room. Additionally, it feels like everything is just barely holding together: drawers in bathroom are falling out, kitchen doors are a crooked, lights above bed is not working.
