😊: Comfy beds Great location to discover Lille Well appointed Lift access Free parking - off road. 😢: Lift access - be warned you cannot use Lift from car park to apartment. You have to use stairs to get to lobby and then go back up again. Drop all your stuff off before parking! Same for getting rid of any rubbish! Key - having to go to a different location for key - minor but at the end of a long drive it was a bit irritating- not a show stopper though Lack of welcome pack - a small amount of milk would have been appreciated as all shops closed when we arrived..

Overall a nice place with...<br>#128578; Comfortable apartment with nice decor in a good location.<br>#128577; Arrived at property 1 hour 30 minutes after check in time to find no key in key box. Tried calling contact number multiple times but no answer. Sent a message through Booking. Com and got a reply 10 minutes later saying that it was still being cleaned so had to wait outside for another 15 mins. Would have been nice to contact me earlier to let me know I wouldn’t be able to check until late.

Tout aurait été bien si...<br>#128577; Il n’y avait pas de chauffage… Et aucune possibilité d’intervenir car c’était le soir et pas de réponse. Nous étions dans une vague de froid. C’est très dommageable, d’autant plus quand nous devons être en forme pour assurer professionnellement le lendemain.

Pour faire court… bof<br>#128577; La situation de l’appartement n’est pas exceptionnelle quoique le centre reste accessible à pied. Accueil très impersonnel, les clés sont récupérées dans un boîtier extérieur, aucun contact direct avec de vrais personnes. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas franchement, il y avait un chauffage électrique d’appoint mais il ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Il y a une cuisine mais pas grand chose comme équipement pour cuisiner…

Precisa ser mais receptivos com café, chá, açúcar.
