Appartement familial à La Bourboule - 55 m² avec TV dans la chambre

😢: Horribly outdated accomodation, nothing like the pictures - old beds, kitchen and appliances clearly very old. Chairs and sofa in barely usable condition. We were asked to pay for bed linen, but the bed linen did not fit the duvets and beds in the place ! We were asked to pay for professional cleaning but the place has clearly not been cleaned to professional standards - there were spider webs, dust, dead insects in glasses. We had to rewash any cutlery and plates we wanted to use - as of course there was no dishwasher. Communication with the checkin/checkout was bad, received multiple conflicting emails and checkin staff did not reply to my phone calls on multiple occasions. I was requested to leave a caution with a check, which I was not informed of before - who even uses checks in 2024??? When I explained that I did not use checks, I was forced to drive to collect the amount in cash to leave to the checkin staff..
