Nice homely apartment, but for...<br>#128578; The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious, airy and bright. Kitchen and dining well-equipped and generally clean. Couches are comfortable.<br>#128577; While it was (apparently) in the fine print, our attention was not drawn at the time of booking (a non-refundable booking in fact) to an addition EUR100 charge, just for cleaning the apartment at the end of the stay for the next set of guests. It is odd to require your current guests to pay cleaning for subsequent guests, and also sharp practice to tell us of this after we showed up at the location, when it could have easily been added to the price of the booking (as what AirBnB does). Très bien<br>#128578; Appartement très bien situé en plein centre de Granville, tous commerces à proximité et plage aussi. Très bel immeuble ancien avec parking pour les résidents, c'est rare dans Granville. Beaux volumes et rénové avec bcp de goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée et les salles de bain sont magnifiques. Beaucoup de rangements disponibles dans les chambres. Bonne connexion wifi.<br>#128577; Pb d'électricité qui fait sauter le compteur plusieurs fois par jour. Appartement dans l'ancien donc on entend bien ses voisins!

Fabuleux<br>#128578; Très bel appartement entièrement rénové dans un bâtiment ancien avec beaucoup de cachet en p'ein centre ville, à deux pas de tous les commerces nécessaires et 300m de la plage du Plat Gousset. L'appartement à été rénové avec beaucoup de goût, il est spacieux et fonctionnel et dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Jolie vue sur la ville et fenêtre à double vitrage qui isolent parfaitement du bruit extérieur (principalement des cris des mouettes !) A beautiful apartment in a...<br>#128578; Location was great. whole apartment was beautiful. very well equipped. very clean and well presented.<br>#128577; need more chairs in the dining room and living room. also it would have been helpful to have more information on the boiler as we had lots of cold showers until we realised we had to press "boost" on the boiler.
