Appartement Hyper Centre

😊: Nice location in Limoges and it has all of the things that one would want in a studio flat. The property is exceptionally clean. The owner Fabienne was responsive to questions via the Booking.com app. She tried to be as helpful as possible to attempt to remedy the extreme heat to make the place comfortable (even buying a domestic stand alone air conditioning unit into the afternoon of our first stay.). 😢: The main question that links to my rating was: how was your stay? It was AWFUL staying during an unprecedented Limoges heatwave of 41 degrees centigrade. In this situation again, I just wouldn’t book here. Im sure it’s a brilliant property any other time than extreme heat but even with the purchased air conditioning, the properly didn’t get less than 30 degrees centigrade in heat. Given this, the room was dark with no natural lighting with the shutters down, baking hot and essentially inhospitable. We felt no other option but to book into another hotel to savour proper room air conditioning and comfort. I informed Fabienne that we didn’t stay and we received an apology but no offer to refund. I am not left with a sour taste in my mouth from the experience and I hope this review doesn’t come across this way. But much improvement is needed to remedy this situation and I would advise not to book this location (despite the other excellent reviews) in extreme heat 🥵 you’ll be wasting your comfort and money..

😊: Cleanliness, light, enough facilities to prepare your meals.

😊: The host was fantastic and very accommodating. The apartment was fantastic and in a good location, very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. We also loved the Madeleines when we arrived!. 😢: Nothing :).
