😊: Variety of shops just across the road. Bakers, butcher, green grocery, mini supermarket, restaurant, take away pizza. Secure parking. Balcony. Bus stop less than 5 mins walk. Walk to Cours Mirabel about 35 mins. Bit long in heat but bus cheap and max 20 mins. BOLT taxi good value for money..
