Nice place to stay<br>#128578; Apartment is very nice, spacious, well organized, and well equipped. There is basically all equipment that you can think about for cooking and eating. It is located next to direct busses to key places (incl. airport). There are several nice restaurants very close (3 minutes’ walk), shops (5 minutes) and even a nice fast food just in from of the residence. The beaches are also very close (also about 5 minutes). These beaches are one of the best in the area of Juan les pins and Antibes (of course...<br>#128577; Information about the apartment at booking.com is quite inaccurate. First of all, cost is not final, one has to pay tourist tax, and optionally also bed linen and other stuffs; in my case it was more than 100 EUR more than “final cost” advertised at booking.com. On the top of these fees, 400 EUR deposited must be paid.
