Full equipment with high comfort...<br>#128578; The location is excellent in a quiet area pretty close to the Juan-les-Pin train station. The beach takes a little bit longer but in 10 mins you can reach it. The appartement is located in a house with friendly and quiet neighbours. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.<br>#128577; We were unable to find a wine opener.

We are used to no elevator from our own housing so not so big deal for us, but elevator would be definitely a plus. But old buildings do not have those. So not really a complain, just a mention.
