😊: The view was absolutely amazing! Keys were easy to collect. 😢: The host was quite belligerent. 1 towel per person for 1 week, with no laundry. No fans - quite hot inside at night. Missing many kitchen basics. Horrible internet. Down half the trip, slow and constantly disconnects devices even when it "works" Host implied that the internet being inconsistent was somehow my fault? Then when I informed them it had gone out completely, they become outright antagonistic and rude. I had to purchase a kitchen knife because the one they provided was so dull, I felt it was a safety hazard to attempt to chop soft vegetables with. Same with other basics like cooking oil (none), garbage bags (two, for a week), toilet paper (two), etc - we had to purchase many of these ourselves because they were not provided, or not enough for a 1-week stay. Upon leaving, the host complained in a very rude, exaggerated, and perhaps amusing fashion about the cleanliness of their location. This is confusing because we removed everything we brought into the apartment except for the aforementioned purchases. We did not do surface cleaning or mopping, but if the host is expecting these services, that was not communicated nor would it be normal to provide them..
