Vétuste malgré un gros potentiel. Ballon d'eau chaude pour 2 douches + 1 vaisselle. Mais très bien placé. Spacieux + garage.
La maison est très bien placée à 5 minutes du centre et possède un garage ce qui est très pratique pour les vélos et autre objets encombrant, une entrée terrasse sur herbe bien exposée. La partie habitable est spacieuse et un peu vétuste avec un manque de fonctionnalité du coin cuisine qui peu devenir pénalisant si beaucoup de repas sont pris sur place.Bilan global séjour très agréable dans un bel environnement semi urbain.Bon rapport qualité prix

The chalet could use some freshening up, but it is perfectly clean, comfortable and functional. We were 2 adults and a teen, and had enough space. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable matresses. If you have young kids, be careful about the hot tap water which comes out scalding. Good wifi, TV. It is not right in the town centre, a short walk up the hill gets you to the shops, but it is in a convenient location for hikes and to catch the free ski shuttle. Efficient self-check-in with a little security box for the keys and Pierre gives you the combo the day before. The door is a little complicated to open. Fantastic view of the cliff wall from the front windows.

Le seul point négatif il faudrait allumer l’eau et l’électricité avant l’arrivée des locataires, car nous avons pris presque pas d’eau chaude le soir pour se doucher.
