Worst experience with Booking and...<br>#128578; Nothing<br>#128577; Worst experience so far. As soon as I opened the door, a disgusting smell of smoke was present all over the flat and caused a burning sensation to my throat. Absolutely awful experience. On top of that, the sink was blocked and filthy. I couldn’t stay in the flat and immediately called Apartment Lumières to get a refund. I was told that I needed to call Bookjng which I did, and had to pay an extra £77 to get a full refund within 5 days. Today, 1 week later, I am still waiting to be refunded ...

Agréable<br>#128577; L'appartement était froid et il y avait environ 17 degrés. Pas chauffé depuis Plusieurs jours. De plus le radiateur principal ne fonctionnait qu'en mode forcé et de ce fait la température baissait très rapidement après l'arrêt. Pour mémoire la température extérieure était négative.
