😊: Distance from the town and amenities, apartment size, local area quiet, responsive staff. 😢: Wobbly taps, poor second bed (2 single mattresses balanced on a double bed frame) insufficient sofa for 4 adults, smell of dope in the corridor..

😊: Fantastic location. 😢: We visited in December and the apartment was cold with all heaters on. Warmer bed linen would have been great as we slept in thermals..

😊: Very central, good instructions from owner, parking space, spacious. 😢: Looking a little tired, second bedroom bed very uncomfortable, shower screen leaks a great deal & needs to be renewed.

😊: Hosts were responsive to questions. Apartment and street was nice and quiet. Good local restaurants in the pretty old part of Lille. 😢: Every room had plenty of mosquitos to deal with. We all got bitten a lot in our 3 night stay. The apartment was really warm at night time - maybe why the mosquitos liked it so much. We have let hosts know and they assure us that fans and deterrents will be placed as a result - but best check. The apartment could do with a freshen up..
