😊: The decor.. 😢: Awful lighting. Couldn't see to read or write. No manuals or instructions to use the electric hob. The owner did not respond to our request to show us how to turn it on. So we were never able to have our usual egg for breakfast nor warm our take-away food..

😊: Everything as expected. 😢: Nuki door system.

😊: The place was roomy with everything to hand that we needed. Comfortable bed, clean and with no issues except getting into the place and especially the garage. 😢: Host send plenty of emails to explain how to get into the property but these were not correct. I was told to use the Nuki app but this was not correct and led to confusion. On the previous day I was send a different instruction on how to get into the place and garage so again lots of confusion. The telephone number given was not answered so I had to contact via this site, I did receive a call and a lady did arrive later to let us in. She read the instructions on the email and had to read things a few times to understand. All previous emails did not say the garage fob would be in the room. No instructions on how to use the posh kettle so that was useless..

😊: The apartment is really nice and clean. The garden is a great plus, although we could not use it because the weather was bad. The parking is secure and convenient. Although there were some things we did not like (see below), we had a pleasant stay and would like to come back.. 😢: The door code system was very complicated and the code did not work for us. We were trying to contact the owner and the concierge but this took time. It was all fixed at the end but was really stressful. There was almost no place to put our clothes on. The only available cupboard was in the bathroom. The fridge was a bit small and there were very few plates and glasses but this was visible on the photos..

😊: The kitchen was well equipped. The terrace was lovely. A bit far from the centre but food stores are close..
