😢: A few hours before check in on the day of arrival we got the information that they found bedbugs and that the stay will be cancelled. So we had to find a new stay while already in the city..

😊: The location itself was great, and we really enjoyed our surroundings. If there had been better communication regarding this understandable issue, or if a simple solution like dish towels or a drying rack had been provided for the broken dishwasher, our experience would have been much better. Additionally, if the large gaps in the front door had been sealed to prevent drafts, we could have had a very pleasant stay.. 😢: Our stay was overshadowed by multiple issues. The dishwasher was broken, and despite multiple attempts to contact the host, they showed no empathy and offered no solution. We had to wash everything by hand without a drying rack or towels. Additionally, gaps in the front door let in drafts and noise, and if neighbors on the shared veranda are drinking loudly, it feels like they are inside your apartment. The main entrance door also doesn’t close properly, but we received no meaningful response about this either. Even when Booking.com reached out, the host completely ignored them. Fortunately, Booking.com showed the right level of empathy and provided us with an excellent compensation. We chose this apartment partly for the kitchen and the comfort it was supposed to offer, but the host’s negligence and lack of interest made this a disappointing experience. Poor service from the accommodation, but compliments to Booking.com for their customer-focused approach..

😢: On the first day we noticed the house had very dirty duvet covers and the house was very dirty. There is a lot of dust and the cabinets are dirty. We wanted to use the dishwasher but it’s dirty, has leftover food and black mould. We are 6 people and there is cutlery only for 5. There are not enough glasses and cups for everyone. There are no kitchen utilities and we were only given 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 days and we’re 6 people. The building doesn’t lock so anyone can get in and there are people always coming in and out and drinking alcohol but they are not guests. during the night, at 2 am the fireman came in and had to take a drunk man with them out of the building and later on the police came. It is not acceptable that we paid to stay here and our stay hasn’t felt safe at all. The house is dirty and the building is obviously not safe. When asked if it was possible to change apartment we were told everything is fully booked..
