😊: I booked my room for 4 days but I vacated the room on the first day because the room was so messy.the room was on the fifth floor there was no elevater.I was with the whole family. I had a two-year-old child with me..

😊: We liked the area as it is quiet. The view was ok.. 😢: As a family with a child of 3years, and we were allocated to the 5th floor and there is no elavator. I requested to change the room on the same day, they proposed a ground floor room but it was very dull, dark and had a very bad smell. Then they said they will come back but after they said no other room. There is a TV but does work, no wifi, we were told that we have to insert an internet key to watch the TV as there is no TV set up. No microwave. There is always a very bad smell on the staircase and it was always dusty. We stayed in the appartment for 24 nights, the bed sheets were not changed. Atleast someone could have call to ask if everything is fine. Not even a courtesy call. Overall we are disappointed..

😢: The apartment was on the 5th floor with no elevator. I only got to find out when I arrived France with my boxes and kids in tow. I have not had a worse experience. It was not indicated on booking.com which is very poor and neither did the host indicate that there was no elevator. The host said there was nothing he could do and I should take it up with booking.com. The wifi was non-existent in the other parts of the apartment and was abysmal in the living room where you could get a little bit of connection. There were several insect bites all over my kids from inside the property. The bathroom door is bad and kept locking us in. The property lacks a microwave..
