😊: Location is great- close to the train station and walking distance to downtown. Large park nearby as well as major shopping center. Apartment is spacious, kitchen fully stacked.. 😢: No A/C and horrible sewer smell outside preventing opening of windows. Do not recommend staying there during summer..

😊: This location is ideal for me. I arrive by train and don't want to be far away from my bed. Additionally this is right by the shops and the Pompidou. And from there you can take the free N83 bus across town. It's only 20 or so minutes to the centre on foot and there's no steep paths..
