Appartement Nice aéroport seafront with pool

😊: There was a pool. 😢: Here is a list of everything we took notes of concerning the deplorable state of the place : - the owner was nowhere to be reached (message or call) - the code given to us to enter the building was wrong (we had to ask some neighbors) - the locker box for the key was broken - the kitchen and bathroom trash were full and smelled - all three beds were not done and still with old sheets - crumbs were to be found everywhere (living room, kitchen, floor, etc) - towels in the bathroom were damp and rolled up - the bathtub was dirty with some hairs - the bathroom sinks were dirty - the shower head was broken - balcony doors were open - the air coming out of the ventilation was cigarette scented - cockroaches (dead and ALIVE) were to be found all around the place.

😊: Good location close to airport, marina and beach. Fair size apartment. 😢: Supposed owner claimed they were doing me a favour by providing towels and bedding as it wasn't a hotel. No double duvet cover provided, toothpaste on the towel. Apartment very dated. Not even one roll of toilet paper provided expected to bring your own. Check in time on Booking.com says 0000 to 0000, I requested 12pm when booking, received a message enroute saying check in was 7pm!!! No reply from Booking.com "support", communication with property owner/manager eventually came through after ringing 7 times and remotely opened the door to allow us to drop off baggage after waiting for nearly 3 hours!.

😊: Good size apartment, clean, has all utensils, cutlery and crockery you would need, has a freezer, very close to the beach, good AC, excellent WIFI.. 😢: Curtains are shocking, when the sun comes up the room lights up. Bathroom floods when showering as no shower curtain. Broken patio furniture on balcony. Code for key box on arrival didn't work. Dining room table is about to collapse and the chairs sound like they are about to as well..

😊: good location, 5min walk to the beach..

😊: Having a Parking place and the proximity to Nice. 😢: The building could be more clean and had a bad smell. In the apartment there were lacking sheets, the air conditioning in the second day did not work..
