Appartement Orangerie - Welkeys

😊: The location. 😢: I am not happy to post this negative review, but I feel it is important to warn families with small children who may book this apartment for a long-awaited vacation. The location itself is great, and the view is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the management of the apartment — especially the cleaning standards — is completely unacceptable. Before our arrival, I was contacted by Tom, who introduced himself as our main contact during the stay. He sent us instructions on how to access the apartment, but the communication was incomplete and unclear. Important information was missing, such as how to take out the trash, where to leave the keys upon departure, and other useful details. Right after arrival, we complained about the condition of the apartment. Tom then gave me another phone number and advised me to contact his manager directly. The cleanliness of the apartment was honestly a disaster. There was hair everywhere — on the beds, floors, and kitchen carpet. It felt as though nothing had been properly cleaned after the previous guests left. The beds were made, but we seriously doubted whether the bed linen had actually been changed. Fresh sheets are easy to recognize, and ours were covered with hair. In addition, several electrical outlets are old or not functioning properly. The apartment is full of dust, and the kitchen utensils were dirty as well. This apartment has great potential because of the excellent location and beautiful view, but the current level of maintenance and hygiene is far below acceptable standards..

😊: Fantastic balcony, great rooms, very well equipped kitchen. 😢: Pool access wasn't easy. There were no loungers and even gentle ball games were not allowed. We chose to spend all our times at the beaches which were excellent..

Broken tiles on bathroom floor, when showering in main bathroom plug hole not draining away. Could be modernised also shower room could be more modern. Sun loungers on balcony broken. No Sun loungers around the pool also closes between 1pm-3pm. Only one key to apartment provided. No handbook provided in property with instructions for stay

Week-end de 5 jours à...<br>#128578; La terrasse juste magnifique et l emplacement.<br>#128577; Que l on mente sur la piscine soit disant ouverte et qui ne l était pas alors que j avais choisi cette location pour la piscine entre autres choses, très importante pour moi. Il n'y avait pas de grand lit juste 2 fois des lits jumeaux dommage pour les couples.
