Appartement Parisien dans le 10ème

Great place to stay! Just 5 minutes walk from. Gare du Nord and you will be there. We took the Eurostar from London so it was perfect for us. The guestready team communicated well ahead of our trip and were super helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay! We will be back for sure the next time we are in Paris!

😊: It was a nice spacious apartment with good transport links. It was clean and the beds were big enough.. 😢: The light in the corridor outside wasn't working so it made it hard to see at night and the pillows were not overly comfortable..

Terrible experience - we left the apartment two days early due to the unbearable heat, no A/C and extremely noisy streets, we had to keep the windows closed all the time. There was a management company responsible for all the details, not VRBO, and they were difficult to work with, and gave us wrong instructions on how to get into the apartment, adding to the stress of travel. After we left, the management company contacted us via email and told us they didn’t get the keys back (key management was with another different company). We replied and let them know, where and when (day/time) we dropped off the keys. They didn’t accept our response and sent us a crazy invoice for replacement. Luckily my wife had the Uber receipt which showed that we stopped at the key drop off place, on the day/time we had said - we shared that info with the management company and never heard anything again, no sorry, nothing. On a final note, the apartment is in a very dirty part of Paris, actually most of Paris is dirty with trash everywhere. We didn’t feel comfortable walking around the area in the evening, lots of groups of young men hanging around, police presence was high - but it all felt very tense. We won’t be back.

The apartment was extremely hot, there was no AC. The noise from the street and the railway station made it almost impossible to sleep. The equipment of the flat (e.g. shower without splash protection, broken toilet seat, no change of bed linen despite 8 days stay, etc.) and also the absolute lack of cleanliness of the flat was in NO relation to the absolutely disproportionate price of more than 6,000€ for 8 days. As I had to found out...

The equipment of the flat (e.g. shower without splash protection, broken toilet seat, no change of bed linen despite 8 days stay, etc.) and also the absolute lack of cleanliness of the flat was in NO relation to the absolutely disproportionate price of more than 6,000€ for 8 days. As I had to found out later, there were several apartments with even a better comfort/more quite location offered for half the price... But of course: it was my own fault that I had booked the flat in the first place without any option to cancel again, because of my Olympic euphoria!.
