Appartement pied pistes à Val thorens

😊: Ski in, ski out location! Small, affordable apartment in an amazing, beautiful, well-planned high ski resort. Bathroom nicely refurbished. Well equipped (tiny) kitchen. Sofa bed with mattress topper, two single bunk beds. Both with slightly bigger than single duvet covers. Ski locker below (next to lifts level D). Balcony overlooking Picolet gondola and Cascades chairlift, as well as magic carpet tunnel for ESF ski school. From front or rear ski out access to Plein Sud chairlift (to Folie Douce apres ski) and a lovely ski run over/ through the village, or ski out, past plein sud for Deux lacs gondola or Moûtiers chairlift etc. The underground car park of P2 is nearby, but can be booked out 3 months in advance!!!. If you are driving then book this as you reserve to save loads of hassle. There are public lifts and covered walkways so you can quickly & easily get to Place Caron, the outdoor market, main restaurant & nightlife and indoor shopping centre within 10 minutes.. 😢: It’s an extremely small apartment and the double sofa bed is squeaky and not great - the mattress topper helps. The building’s public corridors/stairwells could do with better maintenance by the Pierre Et Vacance/Centreparks management..

😊: We came to Val Thorens with a large group of friends, and rented several flats in the village, a few of them in the same building. Our flat was the very best of all! It was very clean and had all the equipment we needed. The host was very nice, responsive and accommodating. We were able to enter the flat much earlier than planned (as soon as we arrived in Val Thorens). The location is perfect. The price is high but still with a very good price/quality ratio for this time of year..

😊: We had a pleasant stay and the location was definitely worth the money and easy to access with pist to door entrance. The amenities were also great with cutlery etc and a balcony with the best view.. 😢: The silverware and porcelain bowls were dirty, and the windows in the living room is not airtight - making it cold to sleep on the fold-out couch. Thankfully there is a radiator nearby though On another note the walls in the whole building are quite thin which makes it a bit annoying when people are walking in their boots making it loud but it wasn’t so bad (:.

😊: Small open plan apartment that will sleep up to four persons with a kitchenette and balcony overlooking the main piste area. Ski in ski out from building. 😢: The communal areas of the building that the apartment is in are in need up upkeep - as long as you can look past that, this property is great value for money..
