Exceptional<br>#128578; Wonderful location with beautiful views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains from windows and skylights on all sides. Right across the street from a casual dining restaurant with great food and staff… and tables right on the water’s edge! Apartment was spacious, clean and with all the amenities - including a crib offered for our baby without even asking. Additionally, two private parking spaces made this a complete snap for us. Will be back again without hesitation.

Als „Basislager“ für Ausflüge geeignet,...<br>#128578; Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, man konnte für 6 Leute gut kochen. Parkplätze für 2 Autos vorhanden. Man kann gegenüber direkt in den See springen (aber kein offizieller Badeplatz).<br>#128577; Die Betten waren nicht bequem, die Jalousie hat in einem Schlafzimmer nicht mehr funktioniert (und wurde trotz Meldung nicht repariert), insgesamt ist die Wohnung nicht gut isoliert gegen den Straßenlärm davor. Keine Klimaanlage, Toilette sehr eng.

Fabuleux<br>#128578; Appartement situé le long d'un axe de passage avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes. À proximité des commerces et d'activités en famille de qualité (l'acrobranche, rando tyroliennes...), il permet de passer un agréable séjour.
