😊: Great location.. 😢: Poor customer service from agency. No electricity first day, apartment not equipped with any fans or insect screens. Very uncomfortable mattresses and the pillows are in terrible shape and impossible to sleep. Our kids got very infected mosquito bites all over their body. When I made a complaint at agency, they admitted they were understaffed and hadn’t been to apartment in days to check if electricity was even on. Needless to say we had to throw away a lot of fresh baby food and was a sleepless first night. They offered to refund 100euros for the discomfort and inconvenience. The apartment itself is very beautiful and in a perfect location but very uncomfortable..

😊: Brilliant location, spacious apartment and bedrooms, terrace and garden were great, good shower and great value. 😢: Missing a hairdryer No internet, you can use your 5G or they were offering to hire a box for 30 euros it would have been better just to include it in the rental than extra charges We were charged 80 euros for heating and told it was compulsory but we had not been made aware of this extra charge, that should have been made clear at the point of booking Then we were told that we could not put all the heaters on as it trips out the electricity, we only put on 3 heaters and every time you switched on the kettle or hot plate to cook it would trip out, and it became very annoying, the circuit board is very old and needs to be changed to avoid this every time. The double beds are small for two adults as the smallest size, if these could be changed for larger beds it would make a huge difference and we would definitely book again.
