😊: Bed comfy, good shower, property clean. 😢: No fire escape with being on 2nd floor Key access to front door to building and door to apartment Stair case Communal areas not very clean, broken window Very little ‘sea view’ as stated. Private parking was in communal garden, unable to park our car in there because of access.

😊: The facilities of the flat were really good. There was plenty cuttlery, plates, mugs. We even found board games and cards available. The tv on the living room is smart and the flat has dishwasher, washingmachine and coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer. Everything you might need.. 😢: The bbq area has space for improvement. The flat is in a traditional French building, two floors up, what was not a problem for us..

😊: Parking available for our motorbike in back garden. Instructions very easy to follow about entry. Very good for fresh air being on the highest floor. The owners were always available should you have queries. Position pretty central for everything .. 😢: The dimly lit spiral staircase. The smell when you opened the front door to the building (smell wasn't in the flat). No way to evacuate the building should there be a fire, which was worrying..

😊: Great location, clean and quiet. 😢: The stairs were ok for us but narrow and spiral, mat not be great for elderly persons.

😊: The location was great near the beach and restaurants.. 😢: There really wasn’t anything to unlike.
