Appartement proche centre historique

😊: Great location, very near to the city centre. Historical building. A lot of place inside. 😢: Very shabby, needs maintenance. There is mold in the bedroom and bathroom, TV is broken, bedsheets are with old stains and doesn’t feel nice (very old). Sofa is falling apart. Building is under construction now. Wasn’t clean. Long black hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom.
