😊: Location close to the concert.. 😢: 1. Booking states check-in at 3pm. Due to the organization of the day, I requested an earlier check-in, but was told that it was only possible at 4pm. 2. We finally got to the hotel with our little child around half past five because they sent the wrong video instructions on where to find the key. They literally made us look like idiots when communicating. My husband ended up calling 3 different numbers before they sent us the correct address. This made our stay complicated. I really don't understand why they didn't allow an earlier check in when we were looking for the key anyway! 3. The kettle didn't work. The shower is so tiny that a thin man can't move around freely in it..
