😊: the location was nice, the sofa beds were comfortable. 😢: It was pretty dirty, water pressure was awful and we couldn’t use two sinks at the same time. We found a nail on the ground and the AC didn’t work properly in the bedroom upstairs. plus we had communication issues with the owner ( not replying to our texts).

😢: The door of the apartment is opened by a door locker app on mobile phone which is not guaranteed to work every time. No keys are provided. Check-in made unnecessarily complicated felt like a treasure hunt. Still we checked ourselves in. When we returned late night to the apartment the door wouldn’t open. The app doesn’t show any error message and shows locked - unlocked when button is pressed, sound could be heard but the door was still stuck. The owner didn’t pick up call. Neither booking.com themselves could reach the owner. Was really a harassment with a small kid and a child with us. Had to spent hours on the stairs with the family with all our belongings inside. No clear instructions on how get an emergency key. Only could find out after going through an instruction video multiple times. Process made unnecessarily complicated. We finally entered the apartment at 3 am. Owner reached us back only after 8:30 am in the morning. Even tried to get help from local police with no results. Booking.com couldn’t help us either. Not recommended. Toilet door locks are pretty bad too. Need too much strength to operate. Bathroom floor tiles are broken. 5th floor with no elevator..
