😊: The owner was very helpful indeed before our stay and communicated all information in good time. They gave very clear instructions with lots of photos on how to get through the gates, how to collect the keys and where to park the car and they made it very easy. I also asked information on restaurants etc and they were happy to provide. They messaged us during our visit to ensure everything was ok with our stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean. The bedlinen was immaculate and everything was great. It is a minimal apartment, in terms of decor, but it had everything you needed. The terrace area was wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy a view up the street. The location was excellent. You could walk to Montmartre in about half an hour or walk for 10 minutes to a Metro. The street the apartment was on had everything you needed for shopping and food. There was a supermarket opposite and lots of Boulangeries and Patisseries nearby. We loved our stay here and would love to come back. Thank you owners for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment!. 😢: That we had to leave!.

The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and it is located relatively close (15 min walk) to the metro stations Porte de Clignancourt or Mairie de Saint-Ouen. Nearby there are 2 Franprix stores and a Carrefour City and a decent range of restaurants and patisseries. The underground parking is another big plus if you travel by car.. 😢: Disliked · maybe it should be cleaned more often because there was quite a lot of dust in the apartment. a dresser is needed in one of the bedrooms. off-topic: the Porte de Clignancourt metro station is to be avoided. it is full of shady individuals who sell drugs all day long.

😊: Great location, shops and restaurants all around. 15 mins walk to Metro station. Garage (very tight for a bigger car though) Lift, balcony, comfortable beds, blackout blinds, microwave. Owner was very helpful and gave great instructions on how to get keys and get into garage. 😢: Could have a little more furniture in bedroom and some instruction booklet where to find things and how they work..

We would recommend this property to travelers who prioritize comfort, amenities, and excellent host communication, but advise some caution regarding the immediate neighborhood.. 😢: Our only reservation about the apartment was its location. The neighborhood felt a bit rough around the edges, which was a slight concern for us as a family traveling with young children. While the apartment provided a secure and welcoming retreat, the surrounding area did not quite match the same level of comfort and safety we experienced indoors..

😊: all furniture and appliances were in very good technical condition, it was clean, large and comfortable beds, spacious terrace, close to a grocery store and a bakery. 😢: there were no dishcloths or sponges, there were no dishwasher capsules, there was no soap for washing hands, there was no wardrobe in the bedroom.
