😢: We booked this apartment for one night, expecting a convenient and safe place based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. You cannot access the building by car – it’s inside a fenced complex and requires walking with luggage from a distant parking area. We felt unsafe and very uncomfortable upon arrival. We ended up leaving and staying in a hotel instead. Despite informing the host immediately and asking for a fair partial refund, they refused any compensation. The apartment did not match the expectations set by the listing, and the experience was disappointing..

😊: Welcoming host. Great location and spacious for family.. 😢: Uncomfortable beds(only double and very firm), no pillows provided only large European cushions! All guests left property with sore necks..

😊: The location was great, the apartment is large.. 😢: There is no noise insulation, you can hear what people are talking about, not to mention transportation, so if you do not sleep like a murdered, you will not get a good night's sleep. I couldn't turn on the TV in the bedroom, the batteries were dead in the remote control. When I got on the bed there was a brown stain on the sheet and it was impossible to sleep on it. I'm left to wonder what it's from..
