Appartement Signature Art Déco

😊: Location and the appartment in general. Parking in front (paid) ir the QPark at 30m. Very close to city centre, shops and restaurants. Large appartment and exactly as in the photos (which is rare nowadays). Great terrasse. Fully equipped overall.. 😢: No WiFi as advertised (due to an issue of the provider as per owner notice)......and since we stayd only for 1 night this was no problem. Shower in the last bedroom was too small. Only 1 toilet. Located at a crossroads with traffic lights (if curtains are closed....no issue)..

😊: Well situated in the center of Valence (France), close to everything that may be needed.. 😢: Noisy neighbours upstairs..
