Appartement spacieux T3 neuf

😢: This property is advertised as 300m from beach. It is not it’s over 1km up a steep hill. Very dishonest and deceitful. Did not stay as I have mobility problems. Informed booking and tried to cancel and get refund based on false information and refused. Put location into google maps and don’t believe information provided.

😊: The lady who met us from upstairs was friendly and we appreciated the coffee pods. It probably We also appreciated the cot bed which was new.. 😢: The location indicated by the map on booking.com and the description (300m from beach) is very incorrect. It is actually at more than 1km from the port, a 15 minute walk down and a steep 25-30 minute walk back up. As we picked this to be an easy stroll to town this was disappointing. There was a bus but that's not what we were expecting. The fit out was a bit haphazard - basic things seemed to be missing. No chopping boards, peeler (we asked for these and could have collected from upstairs), only 3 coffee mugs, no tea towels, 1 hand towel in the kitchen, none in the bathroom, no hand soap, no washing up liquid and 1 dishwasher tablet. One of the kitchen chairs was broken and the leg on the armchair needed to be screwed back in. Fan in bathroom (which is in the bedroom) didn't work. Lastly, it wasn't clean, all the surfaces were dusty, the kitchen cabinets had a lot of fingerprints, the insides of cupboards and wardrobes were dirty and the floor was just dirty. The rugs /bath mats in particular needed a good wash. We tried to vacuum on the first day but it didn't work which might explain it. Potential but needs a bit of attention..

😊: We loved the pool, the huge balcony, it was so modern and felt like we gave privacy yet so close to cassis. The hosts were so responsive- thank you!. 😢: Nothing - we would love to stay again. It would be nice to have more towels - but we were able to wash them..

😊: It was a very nice and modern apartment, where you live in the first floor of the house, including the terrace. You also have access to the garden with the swimming pool. The owners themselves live on the second floor, and are very nice and helpful. The kitchen has a lot of equipment and a dishwasher. The two bedrooms have plenty of space, with wardrobes, and each has its own bathroom. It is a short and a bit steep walk from the center of Cassis to the apartment, a nice walk. We highly recommend the place..
