😊: living room very spacious, bedroom is a good size and bed comfortable the inner courtyard is quiet, super central walking distance to everything, restaurants cinema supermarket. 😢: access is awkward, front door is very old and must be locked from inside and outside to pass through, then steep stairs though well lit by motion sensor-activated lights, odd but effective. No stand-in shower, you use an adjunct to the main tap sitting inside the bathtub..

😊: The location is amazing. Right in the heart of Nyons.. 😢: There were relics of an owner occupier which we were happy to accommodate but it may be an issue for some visitors..
