😊: The only plus of this apartment is its location; it is very good, with the metro and buses nearby.. 😢: You have to pick up the keys quite a distance away from the apartment. The key to the building's main entrance didn't work; I tried contacting the host but received no response—fortunately, helpful neighbors assisted me with the issue. Upon arrival, we spent about an hour looking for the apartment because only the building address was provided—no floor or apartment number—so be sure to clarify these details in advance. The apartment is in need of renovation, and all the furniture requires minor repairs; we found cockroaches in the apartment every morning. It was impossible to use the balcony because a bakery was located nearby, and its exhaust vent blew directly onto the balcony, causing constant odors. P.S.: I am adding to my review in response to the owner's comment. I reported the issue with the front door keys on the very first day and sent two videos showing that the door was indeed not working, yet I received no reply. I had to wait for neighbors to come in and help me with the door. After that, I saw no point in bringing up anything else. If you don't want guests piling up trash on the balcony, you need to provide instructions on where to dispose of it (there were 9 bags, not 15—corresponding to the number of days we stayed). As for minor repairs and cockroaches, I assumed it was the owner's responsibility to keep an eye on such things and address them promptly..
