Appartement T2 calme et lumineux à Arras en rez-de-chaussée

😊: Excellent communication throughout, really lovely apartment inctwrms of size and layout, well equipped and nice added extras (welcome packs).. 😢: Noisey neighbours upstairs and slamming the main front door.

😊: Really nice apartment that is very clean and modern. 15 minute walk to the town centre or a free navette, also a fantastic park for children and dogs alike 10 mins walk. Check-in and check-out was really easy. The kitchen was well equipped.. 😢: Having access to a washing machine was superb but an available drying rack to dry the clothes would have been really useful. Perhaps in the future a small terrace area in the alcove in the garden from the living area would be a really good investment and I think greatly appreciated by all..

😢: Plumbing shit, windows not opening, no access to the garden, no dish washer.

😊: Wonderful, spacious elevated ground floor conversion. Well equipped kitchen, clean and minimalist interior design. Lovely view of the inner gardens. We enjoyed the sight of a cute brown Labrador checking in on us. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly to our queries.. 😢: Personally, I don't like when the toilet is isolated from the rest of the bathroom and doesn't have its own wash basin. In the shower, the drain was slow or blocked which meant one had to take very very short showers to avoid flooding the bathroom. The flat overlooks a really serene inner court and gardens, however guest access is denied. It would perhaps be best to remove pictures which suggest one may have access to this space. I also wonder if it was wise to block all these other exits from a fire safety point of view..
