Appartement T2 Eaux-Bonnes

😢: We had a terrible experience at this accommodation. The strong odor from dampness was unbearable, accompanied by mold in the shower as seen in the photo. The apartment is in a state of neglect, with a mattress and the covered with yellow stains. We had reserved the accommodation for 2 nights, however, we departed the morning after our arrival. We were unable to leave upon arrival due to the late hour and the absence of nearby alternatives. The condition was so appalling that we showered with socks on and skipped dinner despite our long drive, there are no restaurants after 9 pm in a radius of 50 km. The building itself is gloomy and ominous, closer to being demolished than hosting guests. Despite our early departure, the accommodation refuses to refund any money. Overall, it ruined our two-day getaway, leaving us utterly disappointed. If you're looking for a terrifying experience, this is the place for you..

😊: Area around the property, comfortable setting inside the apartment.. 😢: Lack of wifi connection even though it was mentioned in booking and lack of solution for that. When I asked about the solution for the 2nd time I didn’t get the answer, but a remind that we have to clean the appartement after our stay (which is obvious)..
