Appartement T2 lumineux a 25m de la plage dans petite rue très calme

This property is in a great, quiet location with private parking and a lift to the apartment. We were greeted by Robert the friendly owner who welcomed us and answered any questions that we had. His apartment is comfortable with everything that you need and has a large sunny terrace for alfresco dining and sunbathing. There is nearby access via quite a few steps to the Miramar beach where you can stroll along the promenade to the main Grand Plage and shops with plenty of restaurants and bars. If you prefer to avoid the steps then you can walk down the road past the Hotel du Palais to the Grand Plage. If you like surfing then this is the place for you with plenty of waves to catch. We had an enjoyable holiday and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Biarritz.

Appartement très fonctionnel, accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, parfaitement situé/ à la mer, 15 mn de marche des halles. Terrasse bien pratique et agréable.

Appartement d'une surface de 55 m², très bien aménagé, avec une terrasse spacieuse : idéale pour 2 personnes souhaitant le calme et le confort. Literie en 160 et SdB de 8 m² ! IDEAL ! Sur la terrasse, on peut déjeuner à l'ombre jusqu'à 14h30, mais aussi dîner à l'ombre car le soleil disparaît derrière le bâtiment qui nous sépare de la plage. Certes, pas de vue plage, mais aussi pas d'embruns marins, ni de soleil couchant sur la terrasse (ou le balcon pour les logements en front de mer) ou plongeant dans l'appartement. L'équipement du logement est parfait et Robert est un hôte qui sait prendre soin de ses locataires. Un grand merci à lui ! La région ne manque pas de ressources, tant sur le littoral que dans le pays Basque. A recommander vivement ...

Bien situé à proximité du centre et de la plage, dans un quartier calme et agréable. La place de parking est très appréciable car il est très compliqué de se garer à Biarritz en été.

location trés agréable à coté de la plage et qui permet de se balader a pied dans la ville , accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire , appart très bien équipé et très calme un vrai bonheur et ce qui est important à Biarritz la place de parking en un mot à recommander . et encore merci de votre accueil

We had to book an apartment at the last minute (two days to our flight!) and Robert came to the rescue. He responded to my emails very quickly (often immediately) and answered the phone every time I called. We sorted everything out in one day. We were greeted at the apartment by his son and he showed us around the apartment - including the impressive balcony - where we spent a few evenings having a bbq using the small electric bbq provided. The apartment is wonderful - even better than the photos suggest. We loved the position of the apartment - a short walk down the steps to the fabulous Miramar beach - and in the other directions to the district of St Charles where you will find two small supermarkets and an abundance of cafes, restaurants etc. Robert was always available for contact if we were not sure about anything. Thank you so much for helping us out and giving us one of our best holidays ever! We will definitely return.

Emplacement idyllique à deux pas de la plage Miramar, cette location offre un grand confort !!! Rien ne manque !!! Literie de 1,60m de largeur, belle salle de séjour donnant sur une cuisine très bien équipée!!! Appartement très clair !!! Le must !!! Cette immense terrasse avec mobilier tout Neuf table, chaises, transats,parasol !!! Un seul défaut et de premier choix !!!!! LE BRUIT DES VAGUES !!!!! STATIONNEMENT PRIVATIF, INDISPENSABLE À BIARRITZ !!!! Petite attention d' accueil à l'arrivée !!!! Mr LUBRANO,propriétaire des lieux est au petit soin pour ses hôtes !!!!Une prestation À NE MANQUER SOUS AUCUN PRÉTEXTE !!!!
