Appartement T2 plein centre

😊: Nice location 10 min walking from centre. 😢: The apartment had clearly not been cleaned at all after the previous guests. The entire apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bed sheets had not even been changed, and there were dirt, crumbs and rubbish all over the sofa and the floor. There was even dried food on the floor, including apple peels left behind by the previous guests. It’s a pity because it’s really nice apartment.

😊: Authentic local experience. 😢: Dirty bed linen - when we complained we were told to look for the clean ones in the wardrobe Unclear check in instructions - especially for the parking.

😊: Not much!. 😢: We stayed at apartment T2. I was travelling alone with 3 children and when we arrived the place was filthy. There was black hair all over the table and worktops and food all on be the sponges by the sink. The bathroom was dirty and the floor was covered in dust and hair. When we opened the sofa bed for two of my children to sleep on the bedding stank and there were stains all over it. They had to sleep with a towel over them as the bedding was disgusting. The bedding in the main bedroom was also dirty, smelled like cheese and was stained. Not only this, when I went to try to get out of the building to get their blankets from the car, both security doors were locked via a key and I only had a code to get in from the other side which is a major health and safety and fire hazard! As it it couldn’t get worse there was absolutely no hot water. We had been travelling for 12 hours and when I contacted the host to explain, not much was done. Pictures were sent and while he suggested I switched a button which I did and then it still didn’t work, I let him know that it hadn’t worked and didn’t get a reply until much later the following morning after we had left! I think this is outrageous and unacceptable and someone should have been sent to fix it, whoever thinks it’s acceptable to charge a family to stay somewhere with no hot water needs to have a think about whether they should be a host!.

😊: Gated parking and a nice amount of space. The host also replied quickly to messages.. 😢: The sofa bed had sheets, covers and a duvet thrown into it but they were covered in very questionable stains and hair. And the quilt cover was extremely bobbly. There is a missing curtain in the living room meaning everyone could see in at night and all the light came in in the morning. In the bed room the bed linen there was covered in cigarette burns and the curtain only covered half the window. The curtain also didn't block out any light. In the bathroom the toilet seat slides when you sit on it, and there were left over toiletries on the shower floor. The bin also contained some used makeup wipes from the previous guest I presume. The entrance door has no internal lock, and within the apartment there is another door with a key port. I'd have felt more comfortable if both if these locks had an internal lock so I could be sure no one would enter. The apartment was also extremely dusty..
