Appartement T3 Confluence

😊: This is a spacious bright modern apartment. The huge balcony with the dinner table and lounge furniture is a highlight. No doubt. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. The area has this hipster cultural flair that totally resonated with us. All in all it was a great stay.. 😢: The balcony being such a huge selling point of this apartment does need a bit extra care - more thorough cleaning and watering plants are in order. A few nice touches like coffee capsules, dish washer detergent, bathing gel/shampoo etc. do not cost much but really add to the experience of guests. Anyhow all those small things were not a big deal for us..

😊: Spacious, clean and comfortable, nice balcony, good bedrooms, great lounge and kitchen. Some way from the centre but an interesting neighbourhood and also easy to travel in via tram etc. Well equipped, nice space to spend time in.. 😢: There were roadworks which were noisy though far enough away that they were not an issue with windows closed..

😊: Quiet, clean spacious. Very comfortable. 😢: Had difficulty opening the door each time. Had difficulty finding the rubbish bins on the street.

😊: Great facilities, comfortable bedding, super location. 😢: The weather!!.

😊: Well equipped and modern apartment, very comfortable mattresses, roomy balcony in the evening sun with outlook over the hill next to the Saône. Breakfast on the balcony in the shade overlooking the waking city life. Confluence is a great area to start exploring the city. Tip, bring a bike, which you can store in the bike shed of the flat, Lyon is simply superb for bike riding, and it helps you to swiftly commute to all the arrondissements.. 😢: Nothing, just be aware the apartment on the 7th floor is overlooking a city square with some minor sounds from the surrounding cafes in the early evening..
