Appartement T3 Familial en RDC

😊: It was a decent size with parking and comfortable beds, good shower and kitchen facilities.. 😢: The bedding in one room was damp on the first night, we assume it had been put on wet rather than dirty but a really horrible situation late at night after a long day travelling with no way of drying it!! There was a dishwasher but no tablets to use it, we asked the host to provide some which they ignored so we ended up having to buy some and then found out the dishwasher was broken. Again the host ignored a request to fix it leaving us with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and a waste of €12 buying tablets. The key wasn't left as it should have been which was very stressful when we were trying to get in the apartment. There was no shampoo, tumble dryer or washing machine even though these are all advertised as included. The host has still not responded to 3 messages that were sent so they obviously are not interested in providing any help even though they say they are..
